Asking somebody to leave the organization under the garb of Planned Separation is really painful. Howsoever incompetent the person may be, you can see the pain in the eyes of the person when you ask him to leave the organization. But I guess that is life, survival of the fittest.
The Company does not give you a chance or runs on sympathy, like wise you are also free to leave the Company when an opportune time comes, Time and Tide wait for none....
